More Unlicensed Agents Engaged to Push Off Properties

KUALA LUMPUR — The slowing real estate market is causing more sellers to engage unlicensed agents to dispose of their properties. The Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia said a six-month campaign it ran recently showed that even an undisclosed public­listed company was promoting properties for a developer.
